Free  “Social enterprise business models” at the British Library

Workshop content:
Many social enterprises fail because they do not have nor understand their business model. The business model defines your legal structure and how you deliver your value and your social impact. Once you have grasped the concept you will have a narrative for your funders and your stakeholders and customers which in turn will enhance your success and sustainability. This practical workshop will assist you to understand and create appropriate business models for your social enterprise/ organisation.

Any social entrepreneur, potential entrepreneur or manager seeking to improve the success of their social enterprise.
